Port Macquarie EaTs is excited to announce our first ever food festival! This event will be a celebration of everything our town has been through, and a reminder that together we can overcome any adversity.

We’ll have food stalls featuring local cuisine, live music, fun for the kids, and a local tourism expo with the support of Greater Port Macquarie Tourism Association. This is a great opportunity for businesses in the area to showcase their products and services, so we encourage you to apply to be a stallholder.

The festival will be at the end of the holidays, so it’s a perfect opportunity to show visitors what our town has to offer. We hope you’ll join us in celebrating everything that makes Port Macquarie great!

What is Port Macquarie EaTs about?
Ellen Crepaz Founder and owner of Port Macquarie EaTs a food service industry veteran has been providing industry advice to clients in the Sydney area for over 15 years. With her love of cooking combined with real life expertise on Come Dine With Me Australia’s reality TV show, she is one critic not to be missed!
Ellen has excelled in the Food Service Industry and has been bringing her experience in Foodservice knowledge in quick-service restaurants into local eateries and helping in the research and development for large corporate kitchens.

She not only deals with Food services but has also helped to develop large government projects. Ellen has been business developing Food services in and around the food industry. With her love of Food and her real-life experience as a food critic of the Australian reality series of Come Dine with me, she brings her knowledge and passion to the local Mid north coast food Eateries. Ellen in 2021 was listed in the Daily Telegraph as one of the top 20 most influential people on the mid north coast.

Ellen along with her husband Peter have also been listed as finalists for the Port Macquarie Business of Chambers awards for community engagement. Ellen was also nominated for the Australian of the Year for our local community in 2021. Now she would like to share her culinary skills with the Mid North Coast.

Peter Crepaz has over 10 years of businesses advising and joins Ellen in helping businesses to join part of this new movement.

Ellen and Peter made Port Macquarie home back in 2015 after years of family holidays. Ellen has been holidaying in Port since 1987 and has watched the town grow over the years and hope that both will bring years of experience to our local businesses in our town.

We are a family that love to eat out and enjoy everything that our town has to offer and look forward to promoting our wonderful region to people all across Australia.

So What is this festival about!
We pretty much helped so many businesses during the last few years and we want to thank our community for supporting them. This town needs to celebrate and lately they have not had a chance to enjoy what our town has. We want to reignite the love for the community, say thank you to our first responders like the people in Health, SES, firies and so on by welcoming them and everyone else to enjoy a day out with the family while supporting local businesses. While also having a tourism expo that will attract the tourist in as well and this covers every thing!

We are looking for great local businesses within 100kms of our town Port Macquarie.

With your help we want to see some food demonstrations of local products or a business talk about its products to get people interested. On live on stage with Ellen (She is a reality queen trained professional she is great in a crowd!)
Think about a great set to jump on stage and wow us get creative as a business and create Food Workshops that locals can sign up too. Teach someone about great seafood or tell us the best alcohol paring or flavoured Teas and Coffee. (Wine goes with everything)

We also plan to by local products and experiences with a live Auction that we would like to use to Donate to our local Charities that will be here on the day
– Bravehearts – Mid North Coast Our Volunteers for the day
– Gold Coin donations at the front gate all proceed of this will go to Bravehearts – Mid North Coast
– Make a Difference – We would love to auction prizes to local events or local products.
– Community Music – Bands that will be playing on the day
– Raffles with all funds raised being donated to local Charities like Soup Kitchen
